2. What data we collect
- Browsing data (analytics): via Google Analytics 4, anonymously and in aggregate — pages visited, time on site, device type, traffic source and approximate location (country/city). We do not identify you personally with this.
- Data you provide voluntarily: if you contact us by email or form, we receive the data you choose to share (name, email, company, message).
3. How we use the data
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To answer your queries and follow up commercially when you request it.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.
4. Cookies
We use cookies for the site to work and to measure its use. You can accept or reject them in the notice that appears on entry; analytics is only enabled if you give consent (Google Consent Mode).

5. Basis for processing
We process analytics on the basis of your consent (given when you accept cookies). Data you send us via contact is processed to handle your request.
6. Who we share data with
We use Google (Google Analytics) as our analytics provider, acting as a data processor. These services may process data on servers outside Chile; those providers apply their own security and compliance measures.
7. Retention
We keep analytics data for the period configured in Google Analytics, and contact data for as long as needed to manage your request or our commercial relationship.
8. Your rights
Under Chilean data protection law (Law No. 19.628 and Law No. 21.719), you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion and objection over your data. To do so, write to us at contacto@sapport.cl and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

We may update this policy. We'll publish the current version on this same page, indicating the last-updated date.
